in california like around the bay area where is alcohol (vodkaor hennessy) cheaper at a grocery store or liqur store

You really can't compare grocery store vodka and liquor store vodka. They have different proofs. Usually though, I find that for quality and price, the liqour store is better.

At any military base. Go see a friend that has a military pass, and go to the PX (that's what it's called over here), their supermarket. They have ALL sorts of different alcohol, and liquors that they don't often sell at regular stores, plus they are way cheaper.
