Drinking at a park?!
a few buddies and i are heading to a park in a while to do some bbq-ing!. i've seen people do things like this before while drinking!. would it be legal to have a couple beers at the public park, or would this fall under the 'open intoxicant' law!? and yes, we're all over 21!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most parks prohibit all alcoholic beverages!. But what's a BBQ without beer!? Try using plastic cups!. As long as you keep it on the down low and don't act too obnoxious, nobody usually bothers you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In the UK, it is illegal to drink alcohol in public places!. Including parks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
