Which brand of low or moderate priced Vodka is the best?!

Question:

Which brand of low or moderate priced Vodka is the best?

Hi, I am planning on making some mixed drinks for a party, but don't want to spend a fortune. Which brand of Vodka is good, but not pricey? Thanks!

Answers:
I like burnetts. I paid $9 for a 750 yesterday.

Burnetts.

id say red square its good but if your mixing it it does not really matter

i would have to say Smirnoff's is the best, you can get a decent sized bottle for about $20, no more then $30. and they make it in good flavors.

Try Ruskova. An excellent Vodka!

I agree with Karen F, Smirnoff's, plus you can get lemon and other flavors...not too expensive and lovely taste

Smirnoff most likely. But if you are going to use mix with the drinks, say frozen drinks get the cheapest. For a good straight of Vodka, say for a good Martina try "Absolute", and a little dry vermouth with an olive, with a colored toothpick. I prefer the Olives. LOL..

My very good Russian friend always swears by Priviet. I believe that is the correct spelling. I have had it...very smooth and good...very inexpensive.

try phillip's vodka. it's a high end brand of vodka and it's fairly cheap around 7.50 a quart

This is easy. Burnett's. In blind tests, it's near the top, regardless of price. If you live near a Trader Joe's, they're around $6 for a 750 ml bottle. Expensive vodka is only worthwhile when you're drinking it straight.

In texas its Tito's im not sure if they sell it out of state

Buy Stoli, it's not expensive and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste like others in it's price range.

Smirrnoff because of the many different flavors!

Stoli and Tito's is where its at, I drop down to Smirnoff range when I am making jello shots, but thats about it.
