How do you lose a beer belly?


Answers:
Just try to get more exercise and cut down a bit on the beer intake (if at all possible :)). The results won't necessarily come right away, but you'll find that the more you get into the exercise, the less alcohol you'll likely crave.

where you store fat is a matter of genetics and not what you're drinking.

lose weight and the belly will come off...and you will lose a little more than others because that's where you store more of your fat.

have it removed surgically and start a new one

Anyways, my advice would be to stop drinking beer...that wasn't obvious at all, was it?

easiest way is to stop drinking beer for awhile-but since we all cant do that-just try to exercise atleast 3-4 times a week and really concentrate on things that work ur abs, stomach, obliques, etc.-i.e. pushups, sit-ups, crunches, jump-roping(it seriously works), leg lifts, trunk lifts, pull-ups, doing sit-ups and crunches on a medicine ball is also a good idea-also using a weighted jump rope is good because it provides more resistance and to me it just feels better than a normal one

Eat healthy
less fatty food
More fruits and vegis

Drink less or no beer

Find a woman that appreciates the skill and devotion that goes into acquiring the aforesaid condition,then educate her in the fine art of drinking real ale and then you do not have to even think about losing your expensively attained appendage.

Sorry, but the only way is to drink less beer and exercise. Beer bloats the belly, which makes you look 10 months pregnant after time. It's not so much fat, just a distended abdomin that is hard, not soft fat. If you like drinking do what I did. I stopped beer, and switched to whiskey and water. It takes a while to get used to, but you can get the same effect without the bloating. It doesn't take too long for the abdomin to get smaller, and you'll also lose weight all over your body.
