theres about 120 calories in a glass of white wine, though it varies!.

for the lowest calorie drink, try vodka mixed with something diet (sprite zero works well!)!. since vodka is pure alcohol, theres less calories cos theres no other stuff added to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

150 calories in the "Average" glass of red wine, and 140 in the "AVERAGE" glass of white wine!.!.!.but you know what they Say about "AVERAGE"--let me tell you about the 6 foot man who drowned walking across the river that was 5 feet high on "average"!. !.!.
Really--it depends on the type of grape used and is your usual glass 6 oz or 8 oz!.

Around 150 calouries per glass, spirits have the lowest calouries, usually around 50 per glass, so long as u either have it on the rocks or with a diet mixer, beer around 170 and it doesnt matter whether its light or heavy, buy the way a standard glass of wine is only around 150ml, so by that ratio, one calourie per 1ml, hope that helps, goodluck and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would choose about three glasses of red wine or two of sherry in one sitting!.

As for lowest calorie I believe that red wine is pretty much the best choice!.

However for a night of drinking I'd suggest vodka and diet pop or a sugar free juice mix if possible!.
This is to help prevent a hangover the next day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
