Too late now, but if you drink 2 alkaseltzers in a glass of water before you go to bed, you will wake up without a hangover!. This really works!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you can manage it take a large drink of water before going to sleep, or passing out!.!. lol and take it with a panadol!.
this is the best remedy, as the water stops the dehydration, and the panadol reduces swelling and fever!.

if you cant take the first remedy, when you wake up sip soda water!.!. it tastes real bad, but the carbon in it re hydrates, rather quickly!.!.

also, eggs reduce the effects too!.!. they have some random chemical in them!.!. (scientifically proved!.!. :P)

For me, I drink 1 cup of coffee to wake up!.!.!. even though it does dehydrate you even more!.
Then move on to water, juice!.
Then a nice big breakfast of greasy eggs, sausage, hash browns!.

If you remember to while you are drinking, eat something with lots of carbs - pasta, bread, etc!. also if you can eat greasy foods while you are drinking!. And, of course, drink lots of water before you go to bed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 Ibuprofen before you start drinking!. It may sound crazy but it works!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some iced v8 juice with some salt !.!.!. Always worked for me!.!.!.!.It did not totally get rid of it , but it made me feel a lot better!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
