Can I mail a carton of cigarettes .........?!
from my state to my son in a different state!? I've tried to find info on this and what I have been gathering is as long as its a carton and not a 100 cartons!. also if I anmnot making a profit, but I see legal information and it makes me nervous and unsure!. Cigarettes are taxed as they move across state lines!. That's what the big deal is - so is alcohol!. You need to call your postmaster/USPS to get the rules on this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I buy mine on-line from Indian reservations, and they mail them!. There may be agricultural restrictions on some states (like California) though, since it's a "crop" that you're sending!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
