I just started brewing again earlier this year!.!.!. I tried a few back and was disappointed with the results so I gave up!.!.!. I'm in the US!. I don't have anything going right now, since I'm moving next weekend!. I figured hauling an empty fermenter across town is easier!. I did just open up an Orange Saison I made for the first time!.!.!. Turned out better than I hoped!. Great sweet orange smell!.!.!. Touch or coriander!.!.!. Wonderful citrus notes to the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I've been homebrewing all-grain for a little over 2 years now!. There were a couple batches of extract kits leading up to that which I don't really include since they weren't really 'my' beers!. I don't really discriminate on what I brew, I've done beer, mead, and wine with a few shades between but I brew far more beer than mead or wine!. I'm currently in Ohio in the United States!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I brew beer, wine, ginger beer, cider, and mead!. I also compound my own liqueurs!. I did my first ginger beer during the early 60s but only started brewing the stronger stuff a few years ago!. I'm in the U!.S!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
