Get out of the house! Go to the park, take a walk, do some exercise, take a shower and go to the mall to walk, go shopping, try on clothes that don't fit right because of the binge, go to a theme park, get out of the house!
Eat a big meal and hope that it stops there!!!

If you are healthy, just STOP!. Again, if you are healthy, fast until the next day so you can start purging your system of the junk you took in (sugar, white flour, etc)!. Drink water!. The cool thing about fasting is it is a relief to your mind not to think about food for a while and the frustration you feel when you are out of control!. If you can kick some of the cravings that you have because of that icky food that's in your system, you have a good chance!. Good luck!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Referring to drinking or smoking, I don't do either!. As far as eating chocolate, I never stop, because I have a fast metabolism!. I will get a lot of negative votes for that one!. xD I don't like it either, seeing as how I am a guy!. =/Www@FoodAQ@Com
