Im looking for a cheap champagne/sparkling wine for anniv, we both dont drink much. what do you suggest?!

Since you don't drink much, I'd suggest a bottle of Ballatore!. Its about six to seven dollars, and its sweet, and since you don't drink, you may prefer that sweeter taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cristalino is an inexpensive (<$10)champagne/sparkling wine that we enjoy!. It is far better than Korbel, Balatore or Cordon ***** and others that you might find in a drugstore liquor section - although you may find this there as well!.
If you cannot find this (it is pretty widely available at wine and liquor stores) - look for other Spanish sparklers I think from "Cava" - they tend to be of good quality and inexpensive!.
If you don't really drink, but want the charms of champagne for your special night - you are right to save the money and I think you'll find this enjoyable!.
If you want to spend more try Roederer Estate Brut ~$20 or Mumm Napa Brut <$20!.
If you want to splurge a bit more go for Vueve Cliquot "Yellow Label" - $30-$40 (sorry for the wide range it has been a while)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd normally recommend Mumms demi-sec, it's slightly sweet and doesn't have a harsh alcoholic taste!. But it's about $19-$25!. For really cheap, get Cook's!. It's only about $4-$5, and it fooled people at my wedding reception, they thought I spent $30 a bottle!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Look for an inexpensive Cava, which is a sparkling wine from Spain!. Most on the market are equal to the 20 to 30 dollar US sparklers and cost less than 10 bucks!. They tend to be very dry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
