What is the term for the process of removing alcohol from alcoholic beverages?
I couldn't find the term for removal of alcohol from alcoholic beverages and would like to know at what point is alcohol removed from beer or wine?

Alcohol is removed from Non-Alcoholic Beers & Wine, this process is referred to as dealcoholization (at least by one wine maker).

Hi: The only one I know is 'flambe', where you light the alcohol after it has been added to a pan and let the alcohol burn off.
I have seen people light their after dinner liquers, but I'm not
sure 100% of the alcohol burns off, nor do I know a name for the process.
Alcohol is generally not removed from beer and wine, as these are intended to be alcoholic beverages. A major exception is the process of making distilled beverages. In the process of distillation, beer or wine is heated, causing the alcohol to evaporate. The alcoholic vapor is then condensed, collected, aged (usually), and bottled. Distilled spirits of beer are called whiskey, and distilled spirits of wine are called brandy.
