Any good recipes using Mr. Beer?
Have you made up your own or tried some of the ones from their webpage that turned out really well?

On Sunday race-day down south, we always do "Beer can chicken". Take a whole chicken & remove the innards from the inside & rinse well. Sprinkle with your favorite dry rub - I use Montreal chicken. Take a can of beer & pour or drink about 1/3rd of the can. Poke a couple of extra holes in the top, then set chicken on top, inserting can into opening. Grill over medium coals til done - Be careful, it will be HOT!! Serve with your favorite sides.

There is soooo much more to Beer than Mr. Beer. I applaud you for taking the first step though. Congrats, it's an awesome hobby.
