I'm going to buy little bottles of alcohol, but I want some other fun inexpensive trinkets....any ideas?

I am in the process of planning a 21st b-day. Her bags contain, mini bottles, condoms, body oil and chocolate. Hey figure at that age, what else do they really want? I bought 100 condoms and 50 personal size lubricants for 45 dollars on line.
Plastic wine, margarita, etc.. glasses with chocolates in them
how about some party favors like snacks.
Go to a party store or even a marshals etc. I bet you could find some fun glasses to give them that are pretty inexpensive and it's something they would always have.
Go to Iparty, I am sure they have some cool drinking party favors.
Decks of cards for playing "21". Glue cards on gifts or as decoration in varying degrees of "21".
How about party favor bags that include Alka-Seltzer, asprin, multi-vitamins and a $1.00 McDonald's buck? That will be much appreciated the next day by those who whooped it up in honor of your birthday.
