Does heat affect alcohol?!
How does it affect it!?
I had 3 bottles of liquor last Friday and thought I left a bottle of vodka at my house, but it must have just fell out of the bag in my trunk because I just found it!
It gets very hot in my trunk during the day, so I am worried that I might have affected the quality of the drink!. Did I!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Long term exposure to heat and sunlight will damage the flavor of all alcohol regardless of type!. Short term exposure such as yours will have little to no noticeable effect on the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm not 100% on liquor, but I know it's bad for beer and champagne!. Beer gets "beer bruised" when left out in the sun and will get gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
