I think you are talking about wine and beer more than mixed drinks, and the reason there aren't many (or any) of them is the high acidic quality of these fruits and vegetables would make the drink too bitter and vinegary!. Thats also why they are great complements in mixed drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
