Any way to avoid gaining weight from drinking? (very little time to exercise)?!

Question: Any way to avoid gaining weight from drinking!? (very little time to exercise)!?
Answers:
Yes!.

Switch to a lower calorie drink for starters!.!.!.

Light beer is 100 Calories per 12oz serving
Wine is 125 calories per 5oz serving
Liquor is 75 calories per 1oz serving

Ounce for ounce light beers are better for you in the weight department!. And just for the record!.!.!. The alcohol content in the above serving sizes is actually equal!. That is why they are sold/served in those sizes!.

Moderate your intake!. Drink four instead of five drinks!.

Next, skip the after hours trip to get burritos or pancakes!. Most of our beer belly's come from here not the beer!.

Third!.!.!. Walk!. Walk to the bar/grocery/video store/burrito place if it is close enough!.

Take the stairs at work!.

Finally!.!.!. Just because it's a salad doesn't mean it's good for you!. The average McDonald's salad is actually worse than the Big Mac!. Dump the cheese, lose the croutons and switch to the light dressing!.!.!. On the side!.

EDIT:

dredre, get a new trainer!.

"my trainer says to stay away from beer!. it is a lot of calories for a little amount of alcohol!."

If you check out my reference you'll see supporting evidence for the calorie counts I listed above!. Second, your trainer isn't familiar with alcohol equivalency apparently!. 12oz of beer, 5oz of wine and 1!.5oz of liquor all contain the exact same amount of ethanol!.!.!. Ethanol is alcohol for the record!. Check out the second link!.

"it has the least amount of calories!. more specifically bacardi superior rum is the best of all!. dont get any of the flavored rums they add lots of sugar!. "

True, some rums are worse than others!.!.!. but just because they have flavor doesn't mean they are significantly worse!. If you do chose to go with liquor you need to worry more about your mixer than the liquor itself!. Check out links three and four!.
Three is for Captain Morgan the sugary rum and four is for your Bacardi!.!.!. guess who has more calories!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont think you can entirely avoid gaining any weight, but there are some ways to make good decisions!. my trainer says to stay away from beer!. it is a lot of calories for a little amount of alcohol!. wine is the second best choice as it is better than beer but has too much sugar!. you want to stick with hard liquor!. it has the least amount of calories!. more specifically bacardi superior rum is the best of all!. dont get any of the flavored rums they add lots of sugar!.

my suggestion for best drink with least calories = diet coke and bacardi with lime!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

drink heavily after eating, or instead of eating, this should cause you to throw up both the alcohol and the food!. and youll still be drunk enough to sleep and not realize your hungery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not really!. Your options are:
1) Stop drinking
2) FIND time to exercise
3) Stop eating and only drink

at least drink low calorie alcoholWww@FoodAQ@Com

Bacardi and diet!.!.!. But alcohol has empty calories which means your body cannot use them for anything so they automatically get stored as fatWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you can find time to drink alcohol, then you can find time to excercise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try not drinking and eating heathery foods or try buying fat free wine and beerWww@FoodAQ@Com
