go to party city. they have lots of those.

Theres lots of Party Ideas on www.orientaltrading.com
its not asian, just the name. they have stuff from barbie, my little poney, princess themes, boy themes,, even nemo I believe. an it sells bulk items for parties at a really good price.

You can buy some decor fishing net or a a little baloon lighthouse. And of course,Nemo plushies! You know the big ones. They can be all the charechters. Maybe you can have bubble machine? All the plates and etc. should be Nemo themed simply. Find them at Party City, Walmart, or Target.

This just the tip of the iceburg as to what you can find online.

Have fun!!!

serve goldfish crackers as one of your snacks
buy a new round fish bowl and make blue jello in it and before it completely sets add gummie fish

eat gold fish and go to an aquarium or dress up in a clown fish suit and talk funny

there is agreat omnimax/imax movie called 'coral reef adventure,' that is obviously on a coral reef and therefore features lots of the finding nemo 'characters'....would be fun as an activity or simply festive background noise. i work at an omnimax and hear kids shout "DORA!" on a regular basis during the film...and you can buy the movies at borders and other bookstores- or try netflix, blockbuster, etc. it's a really cute movie and would be a nice, educational additive....or a good way to let kids come down from a birthday party sugar high!

http://www.birthdayexpress.com is a great website!
They have tons of different kids themes. Not sure if they have Nemo, but probably!

If it's a finding nemo birthday party, I'm assuming that it's for a younger child. So, with that in mind...

1) fish netting and fake seaweed are always fun. Hang the seaweed off of the netting, and get some of those little nemo stuffed animals and hang them on it too.

2) Get a couple little goldfish and put them in fishbowls on the tables. You could also drape more of the fish netting in the center of the table and scatter seashells around.

3) A Finding Nemo scavenger hunt... Hide nemo somewhere, and seperate the kids into teams. Then, give them a sheet of paper with a clue on it that sends them to a location that has another clue. Give the winning team members stuffed nemo characters, or (if it's okay with the parents) let them take home one of the goldfish.

4) Fishing for Nemo... you'll need a kiddie pool or very large wash bucket for this. Attach some kind of plastic loop to small plastic fish, and make little fishing poles with big plastic hooks on them for the kids to use to 'catch' the fish.

5) The obvious ones- use Nemo plates/napkins. Orange and aqua blue balloons would be really cute, and streamers of the same color.

6) as party favors, I'm sure they make those little noise makers with Nemo on them. Also, nemo stickers and fake tattoos... you can also get really cute little things that have nemo on them to stick in cup cakes, and most bakeries will be able to make you a Nemo cake.
