How do you make a Lychee and Saffron Martini?!
I went to Toko in Surry Hills last night and had a Lychee and Saffron Martini!. I was wondering what went into the drink (and how to make one) as it was sensational and would like to try to make it at home!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to buy some Lychee juice/ or if your lucky the fruit is better! Juice it!
Buy some saffron and soak it in warm water (you can also infuse your saffron in your vodka)
Mix:
Lychee juice with saffron infused water to taste
Add vodka
Shake with ice
