One or the other!. Some beers are actually better when above the "normal" 40 degree temperature!. Others have to be really cold to kill some of the taste, or lack of it!. Dark beers have more body and can be good up to 60 degrees!. Like everything, it's a matter of taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
