What came first Bread or Beer?!

That is a great question!.!.!. And a tough one to answer because nobody is sure really!. What we do know is that both are the oldest man made food stuffs and that the creation of both is intertwined!.
Beer is believed to have been discovered when grains were accidentally left in some water and fermentation began!. Its discovery is the biggest reason that early man settled down, build villages and planted farms!.
I personally would like to think that beer came first!.!.!. but realistically I'm thinking that bread came first and that beer was discovered a little time later when water and bread/grain were left sitting for a little to long!. Regardless, both date back 10,000 (+/- 2,000) years and have been a staple of the human diet since!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
