Whats the difference between American beer and Canadian beer?!
I mean seriously, I've had Molson Canadian and Labatt Blue both, and it really didn't taste that much different than Coors, Miller, or Bud, or to me at least!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
All of those are cheaply produced pale lagers and really don't differ all that much!. First off, Molson is now owned by Coors!. Secondly, all of those beers are produced using cheap adjuncts like corn and rice and have very little hop flavoring!. The U!.S!. has some of the best micro breweries on the planet that are worlds away from all of those beers you mentioned!. I'm sure Canada has some great breweries as well, although I'm not too familiar with them except for Unibroue, which is widely available in the U!.S!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Canadian alcohols in general are brewed with higher standards than American alcohols!. Even the "Canadian" crown royal is blended with a cheap whiskey when it's sold in America!. If you take a genuine Molson Canadian and put it next to an 'imported' Molson Canadian found in America they taste very different!. Canadian beers usually have at least 5% alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The price!. Try buying any kind of alcohol in Canada!
Zowie Batman! it's almost as expensive as our gasoline,,, Wait a min IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OUR GASOLINE!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not a beer drinker, but when I tried them, I thought LaBatt and Molson tasted better than American beers!. They seemed a little sweeter!. Maybe that was just me, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
