Is there a Dave & Buster's near you? If so, book a room for a mixed party in the afternoon. DAve and Buster's is an arcade place for the family up until about 10 (if you are under 21). How about goingto a water park. You don't have to know how to swim. The water only comes to the waist and they have great water slides, and a few water rides.

If it's a food question lovey, I'd go with pizza or chili.
I have alot of cousins your age. If you want a big party- throw a big bash. music, a caterer, and swimming if you haev a pool in your backyard. If you want something smaller, maybe take a few close friends to do soemthing fun, like get cheap tickets an NBA game, or spend the day at your all-time favorite hang out (ex. go see a movie, then out for pizza, and then an arcade). sporty- have a local baseball or football game at a park and have a barbicue
video games- invite a couple of friends to a local video game store and rent loads of them and play them all night! Or you can go to a video game place with all of the games there and play there and go out for pizza

Ok you pick all ur best buds and a few od your female friends and go to mmovie theatre. Or pick three of your frends and go to the local amusement park. Or have a pool party. Or you and some of your friends throw a huge prank in school. Or mess up your skool gym. Or just throw an ordinary b-day party with cake and balloons and party hats and you and ur buds pretend your 3 years old again. LOL
