Believe it or not, drinking too much water can result in illness or even death, but it's difficult to do!. Simply drinking too much water is not going to cause you to kick the bucket!. As you are just now finding out, your body has a built-in defense mechanism!. Drink too much liquid and you will find yourself running to th bathroom every 10 minutes!. Now, if you drink a large amount of water and you either can't or won't urinate then you are in trouble!. Last year a radio station held a contest in which contestants had to drink a large amount of water and see who could go the longest without urinating!. The winner would get a Wii!. The winner ended up in the hospital and the runner-up died from "water intoxication!."Www@FoodAQ@Com

I understand your concern, water poisening is a definate threat, but I don't think you have to worry about it after 8 bottles of water!. If they were only 500 mls you should be fine!. If they were 1 L you might have something to worry about!. But even so, if you are peeing lots you will be fine!. It's all about a balence between water, and electrolytes!. Eat some gatorade powder, but no more water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sneezing is unrelated to drinking water; yes, drinking water makes you pee; you'd have to drink gallons and gallons and gallons of water to die!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can drink as much water as you like!.

if you start feeling sick or nauseas, stop!. you could get water poisoning, but it would definitely be from more than 8 bottles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
