I have given up drinking because l was putting weight on how long does it take to get rid of the beer belly?!

Sorry to tell you, but you won't get rid of it as much as you'd like to because your liver will always be slightly enlarged!. Plus the beer has HIGH concentrations of YEAST that creates fat around the middle!. Once fat is visible, its a clear indicator that the fat cells lodged in your abdominal wall will never go away -- thus making it easier to always gain weight in that area!. My advice would be to work out as much as you can and be happy with your result; assuming you will refrain from alcohol consumption!.

It might not just be from drinking, it might be poor diet as well contributing to your development of a beer belly!.

Just keep workin' it honey!. Losing any kind of weight is a slow process if you want to keep it off; and two to three pounds a week is average!. Anything faster isn't healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
