Question: How long does it take before an open bottle of Martini becomes dodgy to drink!?!?
We've had one open for a couple of years, unfinished!.!.!.!.!.!.I'm guessing I should toss it away, but wanted to be sure first, don't want to waste good booze!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it is more than 3 months old then bin it!. There are all kinds of toxins in wine which multiply with age!. A bottle of red wine should not be drunk if it has been opened for more than 5 days for the same reason!. Martini is a fortified wine so the alcohol is only about 16%!. Pub landlady would be in contravention of the health and safety regulations if she served Martini that is 2 years old!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as it has had the cap on it, it should be fine, alcohol is its own preservative!. You will be able to tell if it has turned, but it should be okay!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Only spirits can last so long opened!. Something like Martini which is mixed with other ingredients only lasts a few monthsWww@FoodAQ@Com

taste it, if it still tastes like booze, then drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
