yes it is watered down liqour, it is about 17!.5 percent alcohol i believe which is a third or less of vodkas and such harder alcohol it is more a flavoring alcohol that can be mixed with other alcohol to make mixed drinks such as hypnotq and henessy the incredible hulk and the green hulk i have tried these and did not care for it!.my guess is liqour wont freeze if it is more than 40 percent alcohol content per volumeWww@FoodAQ@Com
Alcohol has a lower freezing point than water!. The more alcohol in a drink, the lower the freezing point!. Hypnotiq is only 35 proof, it's not even 20% alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It wont taste exactly the same!. I dont know why but i froze a can of beer and then left it and it defo didnt!. Mite as well try it though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
