Answers:
More than 2 drinks for a man and 1 drink for a woman!.!.!. This isn't a sexist thing or anything to do with body mass!.!.!. Alcohol effect our bodies differently!.

The percentage of the alcohol is unimportant!. A single serving of standard beer (5% ABV at 12 ounces), standard wine (10%ABV at 5 ounces) and standard liquor (40% ABV at 1!.5 ounces) all contain the same amount of alcohol!.

What is important is the quality of the alcohol!. Cheap beer like Budweiser or Coors isn't as good for you as a higher quality like a Chimay or even a Guinness!. The cheaper beers/wines filter out much of the stuff that is good for you!. Generally speaking!.!.!. With all three the darker it is the better it is for you!.

PS!. Gin is grain alcohol!.!.!. the juniper berries are just used for flavoring!. In fact Gin and Vodka are the same thing until the gin gets the berries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It isn't a step function as you suggest where up to N drinks a day is safe and over that amount is unsafe!.

It's more like a little alcohol won't kill you but it doesn't really help either!. Drinking more then just gets progressively worse for you!. The more you drink the more you poison your liver!.

All of the drinks contain the same alcohol!. So the effects of the alcohol are the same!. Other ingredients in the drink may have a slight effect compared to the alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is no way to answer that question!. Every drink is harmful to some point and alcohol affects different people different ways (their livers are affected differently)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would say no more than 2 beers!. i'am 34 & was tested!. i had a liver function test & the results where abnormal!. not good!. so just think about!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
