Pineapple infused vodka?!
I'm making some pineapple infused vodka (or "Stoli Doli")!.
How long should I let it steep for!? I've checked around on the internet, and have seen suggestions ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks!.
also would it be better to keep it in the fridge, or in the pantry!?
Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

We make this every summer! If you're keeping it out on the pantry you don't want to do it for more than a few days because the pineapple can go bad and make the vodka taste funny!. You can do it for up to two weeks if You're keeping it refrigerated!. You should wait at least four days for the full affect!. Eat the pineapple at the end for a little extra flavor!

Pineapple is a really strong flavor, so it doesn't need to steep for that long!. I would steep it for 3 days, then taste it every day thereafter until you get the flavor you like!. You don't have to keep it in the fridge, just make sure you keep it away from heat & light!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Keep it in as long as possible, the longer its in there the more pineapple-y it will be!.
Pantry would probably be fine!. It can't really go bad, since its acohol, so it doesn't really need to be refrigerated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

we made some peach infused vodka, and left it in for about two days in the fridge!. The flavor gets stonger the longer you leave it though, so it depends how flavorful you want it to be!Www@FoodAQ@Com
