Answers:
ahhh the King of Beers!.!.!.!. (please note the sarcasm)

I saw the picture of Mayor West saying he picked up a bottle of Budweiser and almost crapped myself!.!.!.

For the masses, people don't pay attention or care to know that their favorite beer is brewed with adjuncts and chemicals!.!.!. Its a shame that people are not as informed as they should be about macroproduced beer!.!.!.

Fortunately the microbrew segment as at 5!.9% of sales in the US (latest released statistic that I know of) and growing!.!.!. because we all know that once you start drinking REAL brews, you can't go backWww@FoodAQ@Com

I remember a few years ago, there was an article in the paper that A&B were dropping one of their rice suppliers, because the supplier was also growing a genetically enhanced rice that could be grown in harsher climates and have a higher yield, you know, to help out starving people living in bad climates!. A&B was worried that somehow the enhanced rice would contaminate A&B's rice thereby ruining the quality of their beer!.

I remember laughing and thinking how if they were in Germany not too long ago, they'd probably be sentenced to death for using rice in their beer!. I wonder how come they don't advertise on their Busch and Natural Light that they proudly brew with corn!? They just call it "cereal grains"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayor West, I hate to admit we do not agree on this subject!. It may be due to the fact that while I was partying in college and drinking with my frat brothers for many a year, Budweiser was a staple in my arsenal of drinks!. I dispute their claim to being the king of beers, but you cannot deny their strangle-hold of the beer market in America!. Plus I also live in the midwest near St!. Louis, and there aren't too many things better than sitting in Busch Stadium glugging a 16oz!. Budweiser watching Pujols jack another homer over my head!. Then again it could also be that I am a bartender and I must sell the rice brewed beer in every bar that I work at and have tended!. It may also have to do that once I am wasted I will usually drink whatever is put in front of me!. Although I do have standards and preferences and Bud Heavy is no longer the staple that it once was in my list!.

At least you and I agree on one thing it is better too know your poison than to be herded like a sheep into drinking whatever one else is drinking!.

People, please, extend your taste buds and try some other brews!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow!.!.!.that is really funny!.

To top it all off, the media is making a big deal about this "global rice shortage"!. Apparently when the story was released via newspaper & TV about the steep increase in rice prices, people rushed to their local supermarkets to stock up on precious rice!.

Damn Budweiser, stealin all the rice!.!.!. haha!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because using rice is sooo much greener!. Keeps down the carbon emissions!. And you know that this is the first thought on the minds of the Anheiser Busch board of directors!.

I can see the board now, each going to Costco to get their ration of three big bags of rice to do their part in the brewing process!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sapporo uses rice, too!. Maybe Budweiser is trying to cash in on that big Japanese demographic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, i too thought Major West had gone mad!. i never even knew they brewed with rice as apposed barley!. you kinda gave us a scare there Major West!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've smelled what that sludge reeks of, can't imagine what it tastes like!. Ugh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
