Ok Ladies im going on a blind date to a ritzy martini bar.?!
I have never had a martini and I normally only drink beer or jack and coke!. So what type of Martini should I go with!. Like a cosmopolitan or an appletini!. I hate coconuts flavored drinks so I want to avoid that!. Just your personal preferences what you think tastes better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Martinis are basically straight alcohol, so go easy!. Keep water handy for in between sips so you don't get carried away in your exuberance, or get dry mouth!.
Watch your hands too!.!.!. go in slow, martini glasses are really easy to tip over!.
After you try one, it is acceptable to switch to your favorite drink!.!.!. why go to a martini bar as a virgin and not have one!.

There are sooo many types of martini's now!. I prefer the girly ones!. I would recommend pomogrante martini, anything fruity will make your first martini not so harsh tasting!.

I'm not normally a hard liquor drinker, but I very slowly sipped a cosmo at the company party and it didn't screw me up!. Don't get a Midori martini, I was on a date once and that seriously got me drunk because it went down so easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
