I drank a little bit too much tonight, how do I make sure I don't throw up?!
I have puked in my bed before so I was wondering if anyone knew any ways that I could make sure that I don't puke tonight!. Don't give me that, "you shouldn't drink" crap because it's too late!. I just want to know if anyone has any tricks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay, this one works, if you are laying in bed and you have the spins, lay on your stomach and let your arm and leg (from the same side) hang over the side of the bed!.
This will help you feel grounded when you think you are spinning!.

Some suggestions:
1) Drinking lots of water (and eating food if you can) will reduce the overall bad effects the alcohol has!.
2) Take Pepto-Bismul!. I find it kind of helps with alcohol-induced nausea!. :) Since it neutralizes stomach acid, also makes it feel significantly less disgusting if you do throw up!.
3) Put a bucket next to your bed! That way if you're suddenly about to throw up, at least you don't have to go very far!.
4) Sleep in the bathtub with a pillow! This is normally only possible if you're REALLY drunk, though!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stay awake and have a good dish of carbohydrates in the way of pasta, bread hot chips!. That will help absorb some of the alcohol!. Drink some water but don't drink too much as this could aggravate your stomache as it is too full of liquid already!. It is not recommended that you force yourself to throw up although I find that that as a last resort works the best!. Thing is it recks your insides!. Okay!. Eat bread!. A plain piece of bread!. I know you're not going to feel like eating, but stuff it in regardless!. Bread soaks up the acids in your stomach!. Don't drink anything else- water, soda, coffee, especially juice!. You drank enough and your body will more than likely reject it!. Keep a bucket by your bed just in case, and go to sleep!. Tomorrow you will be thirsty and it's okay to drink water then!. In the morning eat breakfast!. Eggs, bread, and other bland food!. Hope you feel better!Www@FoodAQ@Com

avoid the spins at all costs!. if you get them when trying to go to sleep it always helps me to keep one eye open till the spins from the closed eye goes away then when you close the other its not so bad and they'll go away relatively fast!. haha that sounds stupid but it works for me!.

Don't eat or drink anything, not even water because you don't want to stuff a filled stomach since it's already drunk!. Try to focus on something else such as talking to people or just sit still, don't move, don't lie in bed, that will make you wanna puke too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you get the spins while your trying to sleep
Lay in your bed and place one hand on your wall and one foot on the floor!. It has a grounding effect and stops the spins! Keeps you from throwing up too, if the spins are the reason!

I dont think this will help much since you will be sleeping, but when i feel like im about to throw up i walk around a lot, pace the room!. Seems to help keep it down!. Im a fairly newbie drinker so its prolly a stupid answer =D!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
well eat a big greesy burger from bk or mcd's or wendys before you go to sleep !.!.or when you wake up!.!.you need that grease to coat your stomach!.!.orr peach syrup the juice from the can of peaches in heavy syrup!.!. works for me everytime it does wonders!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drink 3-4 glasses of water now, and don't go to bed until you pee out as much as you drank in!. That will cleanse your system a bit!. May also take an aspirin to prevent tomorrow's hangover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
