Is it easy to get alcohol in america if you are 16?!
i live in slovakia and here, the official rule is you have to be 18 i think!.!.!.!.but nobody takes it seriously!.!.!.
i can buy a bottle of vodka easily in the grocery store and they dont even ask my age!. (i am 16, but am very short and look young for my age)!.!.!.(only sometimes they ask for age)
also in any bar or cafe i think they are allowed to give alcohol to anyone because i have never had a problem getting it in one!.(bar or cafe) !.!.!.!.then again they give ashtrays to 12 year olds literally
i will move to las vegas soon and i was just wondering if it is harder to get alcohol or ciggerettes there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I understand your question!. When I lived in the Bahamas, the situation was similar to yours--that was back in the 60's!. It isn't that way now, tho!.
As for being in Las Vegas, we have been there a number of times and they are very careful there--on the face of it, but if you want to drink and can get someone to buy the alcohol for you, then there's not much to stop you from underage drinking--and that applies to the rest of the country as well!.
In all of the times we have been in LV, we have never seen a minor being served in the hotels, casinos and restaurants we have been in!. You will also be ID'd for cigarettes as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was 16 I was like you and looked younger!. Unless you can find someone 21 to buy for you, you'll never be able to get away with it!. I've been ID'ed all my life, still do, and I'm 35!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on how laid back your parents are!. I have some friends whose parents are really laid back and let them drink beer some times!.
