Dip the edge of a cold martini glass into melted dark chocolate and then into Oreo cookie crumbs!. Using a sqeeze bottle filled with warm melted dark chocolate, drizzle the chocolate on the inside of the chilled glass!. Put it in a chiller while you mix the drink--several can be made in advance in anticipation of them being ordered!.

davidm's recipe is right on target with what I was going to say, but, I bar tended for awhile also and you should put the chocolate syrup in the martini glass then chill it to keep your chocolate from all sliding to the bottom of the glass!.!.!.

It is also common to dip the rim of your martini glasses in the chocolate syrup and then in chocolate sprinkles or crushed graham crackersWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can try using dark creme de cacoa and a splash of cream with the vodka!. It is not as expensive but you will wnjoy the taste just as much!.
I was a Food & Beverage manager for many years at a high end hotel chain!.

To make look nice you should drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside and the rim of the glass! ENJOYWww@FoodAQ@Com

its whether or not there is cream!. Lots of ppl drink a chocolate or even expresso (yummmmm) martini without the cream, thus making it transparent!. Sometimes cream can be heavy, but add a few ice cubes and delcish!! I personally love cream in my choco martini's!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

add heavy cream to it!? That would make it thicker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
