Depends on health codes and decency laws!. Decency laws would apply equally to male and females so if the facility would be cited for topless females then it will also be cited for the males!. Health codes are also a concern since they are handling "food stuff" and if the person is harry it can get in the food!. Personally I would prefer bartenders remain dressed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
