What Spelling Do You Like Better, "Whisky" or "Whiskey"?!
I prefer whiskey myself, but strangely, I named my cat "Whisky Day!."
It was more of a play on "whiskers" than "whiskey," though!.
I know, I know!.!.!.
Some of you don't care about the spelling--just the taste! (hic!)
Mee (hic) too! (hic!) (*,*)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well as whisky is Scottish and whiskey is Irish and all other non-Scotches, I suppose it depends on whether your cat miaows with a distinctively Scottish burr or not!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maker's Mark is one of the few non-Scotch spirits to spell it as Whisky!. They feel their product is equal to any produced in Scotland!. I prefer most quality Bourbons over most quality Scotch whiskys anyways!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It isn't a preference, it is a distinction of origin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Whisky is Scottish - Whiskey is Irish so it's not a case of which spelling you like, it's a case of taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
