It's a variation on the old gin and orange juice screw driver!.!.!.
To Make A Sloe Screw:
1 shot of Sloe Gin
1 tall 12oz glass filled with ice
6oz of orange juice
take the glass add ice then the Sloe Gin then the ice then add the orange juice and of course top it off with a cherry or two!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
