I answered your other question!. Put your weight and height next time!. Assuming your an average american female Id say 4 12oz bottle will be fine!. That would be average meaning 5'4 120 pounds!. Drink 4 with in 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours and tell me what you thinkWww@FoodAQ@Com
