What are good rattlesnake recipes?!

My uncle makes a stew very similar to this one, but uses broth instead of wine!. It's adapted from my grandmother's recipe (which was yummy), but we don't have a copy of that!.

In comment to some of the other posters, I think it is a waste to go in search of rattlesnakes just to kill or eat them!. However, when you live on a farm, sometimes you have to kill one and it seems a waste not to eat what you kill!. My sister's neighbor had a lot of problems with rattlesnakes (overpopulation in the area) a couple of years ago!. Cyclic thing (he's been farming more than 50 years)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

SOUTHERN FRIED RATTLESNAKE
1 egg
salt to taste
1 tsp!. minced garlic
1 tsp!. seasoning salt mix
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp!. pepper
flour
1 rattlesnake
Cut snake meat into 4 inch lengths!. Beat egg and milk!. Mix spices with flour in a separate bowl!. Preheat deep fat fryer with cooking oil!. Dip snake into egg mixture and then in flour mixture and place it in hot oil!. Cook until golden brown and crispy like fried fish!. Serve with french fries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The recipe I use is a 12 guage shotgun ( 3" magnum ) with number 4 buckshot!. There are 42 pellets in each shell!. When you catch them coiled up, you can blow them completely up!. That makes for a good recipe!. Dead Snake blown into a million pieces!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
