Home canned concord grape preserves dated 1999?!
I've had 2 jars of homemade grape preserves in my pantry for quite a while!. In fact, I just took them out and saw that I had dated them October of 1999!. They were canned using mason jars and i went through the sterilization process!. I am very hesitant to try them!. Any thoughts on how long this stuff lasts!?

To be honest with you I dont know!.!.I would call the local 4-H agent if you have one in your county!. They at least can put you on the right track and talk to a real expert!.!.!.Im hoping they are still good, because its special!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i don't know!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but i think that it is not good !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.(for that long of time!.!.!.!.!.) but i think that u should still keep it since it is special!.!.!.!.!.!.!. or u could ask someone else (like a food inspector/health inspector or something) and hope that it is still gudWww@FoodAQ@Com
