My friend flipped out on me because I drank some beer at a quinceneara and I'm fourteen so its illegal but i didn't get drunk, so does she even have a reason to be mad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are lucky to have friends that care so much!. It is illegal to drink at 14 firstly, secondly underage drinking is not the smartest thing, because beer leads to more beer and then to booze!.!.!.!.Sorry but thats the way it usually goes!. There is a thing called alcohol poisoning because you may think you are mature and grown up, but peer pressure can cause you not to use common sense and sometimes too much booze can kill you!. There is drinking and driving as well, you are too young to drive but its only two years away!. You have a whole life ahead of you, life isnt about getting drunk or drinking, its about making something out of yourself!. Good for your friend! You're lucky you have someone in your life who has a good head on her shoulders, and is mature enough to know right from wrong!. You may think having a little beer at 14 is fine, at 16 getting drunk with friends on the sly , may feel cool, but getting killed in a car accident on graduation night, because you thought it would be no big deal to drink and drive, or ride with someone who is, leaves you feeling nothing!. No sun on your face, no hugs and kisses from mom and dad, no freinds to hang with, never getting married or having kids, but most importantly not getting to see the broken hearts of your parents and siblings and friends, as they cry, and have trouble surviving without you!. They will always have a hole in their heart, always feel like someone took away a piece of their very soul!. They will feel pain for the rest of their lives!. But you won't be there, you won't feel fine, be cool, and it will be a big deal!. Drinking , like smoking, should be banned, as they kill more loved ones, and even kill those who don't partake of them!. She's mad because she loves you, don't be mad at that, instead, give her a hug, and thank her for caring, and the both of you take an oath, never to drink or smoke!.
