If you like Muscato and White Zinfandel, you tend to like sweeter and fruitier wine without tannin or too much alcohol flavor; therefore, there are a few options you want to try!.
I would highly recommend Riesling!. Germans make excellent Riesling, which is sweeter and fruity!. There are different types of Riesling, and in general, you want to get the ones with low alcohol content so the wine is sweet and fruity!. The ones that has high alcohol level tend to be dry!. Californian also has good Riesling, especially ZBonny Doon's Sweet Pacific Riesling - at $12/bottle, it is a bargain
A cousin of Riesling is Gewurtztraminer, which is also very sweet, Thre are a lot of cheap Gewurtztraminer from California, from Fetzer and other wineries, all costing $8-12 per bottle!.
I also would recommend Sauvignon Blanc!. This is not as sweet but great for seafood and sushi!. I love this wine and often use it to teach non-wine drinker about wines!. My favorite is Conundrum $23!. There are also Merryvale, Dry Creek, Duckhorn, all ranges $15-25!.
As for red wine, many of them are very tannin - a bit bitter!. As a result, you may not like them as much!. If you want a red wine to go with chocolate, think about Red Zinfandel or Cabernet Franc, which has a little intrinsic sweetness!. However, just be ready of the bitterness that will take a bit to get used to for red wine!.

Sauvinon Blanc, praticularly ones from New Zealand!. I love Kim Crawford it's crisp, with a slight sweetness, has a fantastic nose and the finish lasts nicely!. He imports to the US, you can find a bottle generally for about $18-$25 depending on where you live!. But anything from Malborough, NZ is great!Www@FoodAQ@Com
