Hi everyone. I have been drinking cider for quite a while now, almost evryday.?!
I am concerned about it and I do not want to be an alcoholic but drinking makes me happy and forget all about my problems!. what should I do to reduce or stop it!? Thak you so much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I understand where you are coming from!. I was the same a couple of months ago!. What you are doing is actually healthyer than those that binge on a friday or saturday night so!. The best way to reduce it is to find what is stressing you out and causing you problems and fix it!. Remember you dont have to stop drinking all together just keep it to the weekends only!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Drink regular cider from the store or a grower!. Don't let it sit out too long or it will ferment and become alcoholic!. You could always try apple juiceWww@FoodAQ@Com
