It all depends on my mood!. A lot of people will tell you that it has to do with food parings, but not me!. I just drink what I want to drink, and if I'm eating something with it, so be it!.
Some red wines are very heavy bodied, and full of flavor!. The sweeter wines don't feel as heavy on the tongue, but the burst of sweetness is the reward!.
Some blushes and roses (ro-zay) can be a bit on the dry side, and not everyone likes them!. But if you like them, they are wonderful!.
Some whites can be very vinegar like, when you start looking at the dry ones!. The sweet ones, like a late harvest Pinot Grigio is heavenly!.
Obviously, I enjoy all kinds of wines!. It depends on my mood, and what I have available, as to which wine I choose!. It will be a red, or a white, as I don't stock any blushes or roses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think red wine tastes like methalated spirits!. I am told it is because my palate has not gotten used to it yet, but I think if it has to get used to it to like it, then why not just drink something I like!? White wine is the way to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
