When choosing an alcoholic beverage, I choose based on what I am eating if drinking with a meal or the time of the day!. Morning-Bloody Mary, Afternoon-Vodka & Cranberry or Diet Tang, If I am on vacation sometimes a Margarita-or beer if in the sun on a cruise/beach/pool, beer only in the day or if camping or fishing, in the evening would be wine if I am at home cooking or at someones home for dinner or at a wedding or restaurants, martini sometimes if I am going out with the girls or for a fancy before dinner drink, or scotch and water if I am out late night dancing-the water hydrates, and the sugar count is low and it is not filling!. I base my choices on what type of activity I am doing and the class of the situation!. I usually choose wine with a meal and choose white for white meats and red for beef!. If eating sushi I choose a japanese light beer, if eating Mexican a Margarita or fried seafood would be a light beer!. I would never order beer in an evening gown at an upscale event!. I order what I feel is appropriate for the event and the food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
