I have just found a partial bottle of Pimm's in my cupboard. It must be at least a year old. Is it drinkable?!

A hotel website cites using a 5-year old bottle of Pimm's for a cocktail with no ill effects, so it should be safe to drink!. It doesn't specify whether the bottle had already been opened, however!. Considering the high alcohol content, if the bottle was sealed tightly after its last use, I imagine it would be safe to drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
