No, You would be working under the owner Liquor License, If everybody that worked in the liquor industry needed to get a license we would have hardly any bartenders, Or clerks working in a liquor store, 18 to serve 21 to drink, Nationwide!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For EX, here in Texas you have to be 18 to serve alcoholic beverages as well as be TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certified, meaning you take some lame class thats a few hours long then pass a lame test!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
