My old manager once told me to drink a full glass of milk before a big night of drinking to help, "prepare your stomach"!. I like milk so it's not a problem I usually do it and it does help although if you drink enough it wont matter anyway!.

Milk actually settles my stomach after a night of over imbibing! But for others, it has the reverse effect!.

mixing milk and alcohol isn't harmful!. if anything, it might give you an upset stomach since everyone is different!. look at a white russian, its milk OR cream, kahlua, and vodka!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
