Dehydration is the main culprit here so water, sports drinks, non caffinated soda, like sprite!. There's probably going to be an urge to gulp it but sip it instead!. Seriously; I learned this the hard way!. Taking a hot shower will help to soothe a pounding head and will help to slightly rehydrate the skin!. Have some toast or crackers and when you feel like you can take in some actual food, be bad and make it greasy (stuff like a fry up, fish and chips, greasy pizza, deep fried anything) The grease is going to coat the stomach and help with lingering nausea!. I actually after reading this got the impression that you are taking care of your boyfriend, not yourself!. Sorry!. He'll want to go back to sleep but insist that he drinks as much fluid as possible beforehand, plus some Tylenol!. Good luck:-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a couple of options that I know of!. There are pills that kill hangovers, but they're expensive!. You can stay in bed all day, but that just makes people not like you!. Some people suggest drinking just one beer, but most people can't only drink one with a hangover!. You could also stop drinking!. Ibuprofen helps a lot too!. Eat a balanced meal before you go to bed, and also eat a commercial meal when you eat breakfast!. Basically eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice, toast with butter, and a yogurt!. Be careful with the milk products though, because they can make you sick if you still have traces of alcohol in your system!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best way to cure a hang over is a strange method!.
but it works!
eat a fry up, a whole english breakfast, including eggs, beans, sausage, bacon, tomato you name it!.
unlucky if your vegetarian!.
the alcohol soaks up the fatty acids from the food, nutralising the problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water, sleep, water, sleep, a few big, greasy breakfast sandwiches!.

And whenever he complains, remind him you weren't the one pouring the drinks down his throat, so shut up and take it like a man!.!.!.or substitute your own words!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a couple of Ibuprofen and have a couple of beers, Why is your fiancee isn't supporting you, Instead of complaining!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everyone always says "drink what you drank the night before"!. But I never had the balls to do it!. I would drink a bloody mary, and eat something with substance, like bread!. Or eat bacon (anything greasy)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
