Do alcohol companies really want you to "Please drink responsibly?"?!

Question: Do alcohol companies really want you to "Please drink responsibly!?"!?
Why do they all say that at the bottom of their commercials!? Is that a law!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Of course they do!. They are not death dealers!. Of course they are corporations that exist only be turning a profit, but to have a negative public image will get them nowhere!.
If consumers over-consume irresponsibly, it all comes back to the corporation!.
Not to mention the fact that if one consumes too much and becomes an alcoholic, then goes dry!.!.!. the company has now lost a customer!. (also bad for business)!.
It's not a law!.
It's also not forced by the FDA!. The FDA has nothing to do with alcohol!. The TTB (Tax and Trade Bureau) of the ATF (Dept of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) is responsible for alcohol-related issues and regulation!.
They want you to enjoy their products and comeback to them in the future!. If you don't enjoy them responsibly, you won't enjoy it at all and may not come back!.

All things in moderation (especially moderation)

I agree with Blavin, they are wanting you to purchase their particular booze because they have your best interests in mind!. And, they want to avoid a lawsuit in case you get drunk or sick on their stuff!. It's sort of like the warning on cigarette packages!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. They portray themselves to the public as being interested in responsible drinking so they can be more appealing to the public and appear safer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
