I use Pam if I HAVE to use paper, but I typically end up using plastic!. They are easier to take and if you have any in the bottom a spoon can just take out the rest!.!.!.but after awhile ppl don't care if some is left!. lol!. Have fun!

If you're looking to spread them out, you can usually get stacks of small plastic shot glasses!. Alternately, if there's just you and a few friends, just make the jelly in a big bowl, grab a spoon each and dig in!Www@FoodAQ@Com
without using any cooking sprays you could try adding 1/4 more gelatin to the mix!. it makes the shot heavier and it tends to fall into your mouth, many mardi gras was spent trying to perfect this !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Plastic cups and pam!.
You can get flavorless pam and you only use a dusting of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
